Learn new skills- take your sport to a higher level

Cadence camps provide an ideal opportunity to improve your overall fitness, knowledge and skills - we have the camp experience to meet everyone's needs.  In addition to our full schedule of group camps, we are also happy to put together a special half, full, or multi-day camp just for you or a group of your friends.

Apart from being fun, challenging and a great way to spend time with like minded people, these camps arm you with information and motivation to take away in order to continue building on, and meeting, your own personal goals.

Custom Group Camps

Custom Group Camps are completely designed around you and your schedule - ranging from half-day, full day, or two or three days, depending on your needs.  These camps are perfect for a group of friends or a fitness-oriented corporate outing.  When coming to a group camp doesn't fit your schedule, we can bring a custom camp to you!

Private Camps

Cadence Cycling Private Camps are designed for face-to-face interaction with one of the Cadence world-class coaches, are designed around your needs and billed on an hourly basis.

Receive one-on-one hands-on instruction on techniques and skills.  An hourly Coach Consultation is a perfect opportunity to talk through a season review or have power and heart rate files analysed by a professional coach.  This is your time with a coach, either on the phone or in person.  Hourly consultations are offered at four coaching levels (Carbon, Platinum, Gold, Silver) and can be billed in one hour increments.

Seminars

Cadence Cycling run group cycling and fitness seminars. Seminars are approximately 60 minutes long and cost $350 per group.
